She has the ability to build high-performing teams through motivation, empowerment and coaching and partners successfully in remote and cross-functional structures.
Throughout her career, Sabine held regional and global positions managing business led improvement projects and transformation programs providing leadership for teams in Europe, the United States and Asia. In most recent years her focus shifted to supporting the impact of organizational change on people and delivering solutions to reduce impact of career transitions, on-boarding time and maintaining key competencies and talent within the organization. Sabine managed the global adult learning and development function for an order to cash shared service organization delivering 600+ events per annum covering 1200+ staff world-wide.
She is an experienced communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and a drive for innovation and positive results.
Education and Training
Sabine achieved her A-Levels in economic and social sciences with a specialization in languages in Berne and complements her business studies with Master Marketing and International Finance subjects at Business School in Lausanne. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and Coach with Coach U.
Sabine speaks French, English, German and Dutch fluently.
